This rebate does not interfere in any way with any incentive the builder is offering. This rebate is given IN ADDITION to the builder incentives!

Your Rebate - Follow these simple steps

Contact New Home Locators

Before you visit any new home builder's community, it is important that you contact us via email info@rebatetexas.com or call us directly @ 210.488.8852 so that we can pre-register you with the builders. Often that helps to eliminate confusion later.

If, before you found our website, you had already visited a builder's community in which you have an interest, please call us immediately to see if we might still be able to help you.
Begin New Home Search

After initial contact with us, you may begin visiting the home builder's sales office. There you will meet the builder's onsite sales counselor (usually found inside his "model" home). The sales counselor will almost always ask you to fill out a registration card. You must indicate on this card that you were referred to this community by New Home Locators. Where they ask 'how did you hear about this community', mark the box for "Realtor", and again put your agent's information down in the spaces provided.
Sign Contract

In order for us to guarantee your cash rebate, New Home Locators must be the "Broker of Record" on your sales contract. When your sales contract is written, you must ensure that New Home Locators is included as your broker. Please ask the builder's sales counselor to fax the contract to us at 210.558.7942 so that we can confirm with you that we have you registered to receive your cash back rebate. If at any time during this process you would like to talk to us directly, please call us at 210.488.8852.
Receive your Rebate

CONGRATULATIONS! You just saved thousands on your new home purchase. Once the closing documents have been faxed and the funds made available, you should expect your rebate between 3-7 days after closing.
